Our 30 Day Policy
| We certainly want your experience with The Bluewater Group to be a good one.
If, within 30 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it for another item of comparable value or request a refund.
You may return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. (10% restocking fee may apply)
Please note: All returned items must be in original and resalable condition along with tags to receive a refund.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be defective, a full refund including shipping cost both ways will be issued.
If an item is returned after the 30 day period and is found not to be defective, a restocking fee of 25% may be imposed.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt along with a note including your name, address, daytime telephone number or email address, reason for return and what you would like us to do..(exchange, refund,etc.). Additional shipping charges may apply to all exchanges.
(An RA number is not needed if a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice is included).

Our Shipping Policy
All orders with destinations within the U.S. or Canada will be shipped either UPS (5 to 7 days) or USPS Standard (5 to 7 days) or Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) unless otherwise requested.
We reserve the right to adjust the carrier based on which ever method we feel might be faster or more efficient under the conditions at the time of order and without a cost adjustment to the customer.
All International orders are shipped Priority International. Shipping costs will vary based on carrier and customer preference.
Overnight delivery is also available but we normally do not recommend it because it is quite costly.
Upon ordering, if you have special shipping instructions, please state your shipping preferences in the comments box provided on the order form.
In the event that we cannot deliver to the requested shipping address for some reason, we will ship to the billing address.
We normally have most items in stock but in the event an item is out of stock or needs to be back ordered, it could conceivably increase shipping time significantly and you will be notified.
All orders will remain active until either fulfilled, cancelled by customer or cancelled by us (The Bluewater Group).
Please do not ask us to mark orders as "Gifts" or be dishonest about the value of the items being shipped on the Customs form.
It is illegal and could result in a very hefty fine.
